Rough Country 3.5" / 2" Lift Kit With M1 Upgrade I've heard of both negative and positive experiences with Rough Country. But I thought that for the price, this setup would match my needs. I don't need a baja / trophy truck, it's a daily driver that sometimes hauls parts for my project cars. I just wanted a little lift to clear wider tires and look better without going broke. So I decided to give Rough Country a chance. The struts and shocks seem to be of good quality, fit well, and no issues with installation (I can't speak to the quality of the upper control arms as I already had another brand from the original plan to level the front). The lift measurements were fairly accurate (front came in at exactly 3" over stock, rear was a true 2") and the truck sits properly. The ride is a tad bit stiffer than the stock Ranchos but seems to be settling in as it's driven more. The only complaint I have are the rear lift blocks. While the u-bolts are good, the blocks themselves are plastic. For what I use the truck for, it's probably fine. But for peace of mind I plan on replacing them with steel blocks very soon. The installation instructions on the site seemed accurate, although I didn't follow them. But if you're now familiar, I would recommend using them. Estimated installation time on the site was accurate, and that was doing the job in my driveway because I was too impatient to wait and do it at my shop. So they're a relatively easy install for anyone with experience. Overall, I would recommend this kit to anyone that has similar needs and doesn't want to spend a ton of money to do it.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Product & Zero Customer Support Review: I purchased a $2,500 powered tonneau cover from Rough Country and had a very frustrating experience from the start. The box arrived in perfect condition with no visible damage, but once I opened it, the cover plate for the powered tonneau was clearly damaged. This tells me the product was packaged in that condition without proper inspection before shipping. I immediately took photos and contacted Rough Country. I was told (on a Friday) that they would follow up with me on Monday regarding a replacement part or potentially sending a new unit.
